A custom-built and tranquil space. A short trip from Canggu. This brand new villa offers epic sunset views over rice paddies and is perfect for large groups of family and friends. This unique 24-person villa features a full (AC) gym room, a pool table, and a full kitchen on the first floor. On the ground floor is a large tiered pool with a deck for yoga, an outside BBQ area, an ice bath, an infrared sauna, and peaceful gardens. Upstairs is a cinema room. Multiple hangout spots.

The space

Ahy is a newly built villa, constructed to the highest quality, located on the outskirts of bustling Canggu. The villa has 9 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 24 guests. Our top-of-the-line facilities make it the perfect place to host a wellness or fitness retreat.

This villa has everything you need – a private, air-conditioned gym, a large, bright pool and jacuzzi, a high-tech cinema/presentation room, a full pool house with a recovery center featuring an ice bath (set to 4 degrees Celsius) and infrared sauna, a pool table, multiple hangout areas, a large relaxing garden complete with a koi pond, and a BBQ grill.

The 9 bedrooms vary in style and configuration. There are 2 master bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 3 triple bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 quadruple bunk bedrooms. Three bedrooms and the bunk dorms each include lockable storage and individual charging points. 7 of the 9 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the others have easy access to one of the villa’s shared bathrooms.

The villa is lovingly decorated with gorgeous artwork from all over Bali and beyond, hand-selected through the owner’s travels around the world.

The gym includes a dual cable tower, a squat rack with an Olympic bar, a concept 2-erg bike, dumbbells from 2kg – 25kg, two benches, various resistance bands, and extras. There are 16 yoga mats at the villa.

The cinema room easily doubles as a presentation room, and one entire wall is lined with a whiteboard. It includes a projector with Netflix, Disney, YouTube, etc., and also karaoke functions with a microphone.

Ahy is looked after by a friendly, English and Indonesian-speaking team that is available 24/7 to help you with anything you may need. Daily housekeeping is included. There is covered parking for scooters and 24/7 security available at the front gate.

The Ahy team includes a villa manager, guest services, daily cleaning, maintenance, and security. We have a range of extra services and facilities that can be arranged upon request (ranging from a private driver, chef, massage, IV drips, or motorbike rental), just let us know what we can do to make your stay extra special.

Canggu is one of the best places to stay in Bali. It has everything you need – literally everything. Restaurants, cafes, fitness centers, beach clubs, bars, activities, the options are endless.

Ahy is just a 10-minute scooter ride from the hustle and bustle, and there are also some excellent restaurant options nearby. The villa is located on a very quiet side street, so it is a truly peaceful place with little noise. The garden overlooks river and rice field views – this is Bali from 30 years ago.

If you aren’t planning on renting a scooter, it’s easy to order local transportation or food delivery to the villa.
